As the weather warms up and the sun shines brighter, we're excited to welcome summer (and you) with open arms. We're happy to announce that our Summer Garden is now open and ready for all to enjoy.

Sit back, relax, and soak up the sun (or the shade under one of our large umbrellas) while sipping on one of our signature cocktails.

Seasonal Delight: Sample Our New Menu

A selection of new dishes highlights the season's freshest ingredients, designed specially by Chef Ivaylo. There is something for everyone with newly created appetisers, main courses, and desserts. From the juicy heirloom tomatoes in our "Balkan Caprese" to the succulent Steak Bon Filet, don't miss out on one of Bulgaria's best restaurants.

Save room for dessert, as our homemade ice creams are the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day by our garden fountain.

Special Events by Bey House

We have some special events coming up that you don't want to miss.

  • On the 23rd of May, the Opera season premiere will take place in Veliko Tarnovo with a performance of Don Giovanni.
  • On the 24th of May, the national holiday "The Day of the Slavic Literacy" celebrates the Cyrillic alphabet. Be sure to check out the Sound & Light show at Tsarevets Fortress with fireworks to follow!
